Consistent with the standards adopted by top cryptocurrency indices, Hedera defines Circulating Supply as “hbars unrestricted for public use.” Circulating Supply can be calculated by subtracting the Non-Circulating Supply, i.e., the number of hbars in the following Non-Circulating Accounts, from the Total Supply of 50 billion hbars.
